Well you never know with that Viejo, yesterday�s win will do wonders to Federer�s confidence and Muller should be an easy rival for him. Once in the SF, he will be tough to beat, specially when Djokovic doesn�t look too fit and Roddick, well, he has an edge mentally over him that�s clear.

This might look a weird pick beforehand considering that 0-4 h2h Nadal has against Mardy but this is a different scenario imo. Nadal looks a bit spent mentally to me, his match against Querrey was bad, he grinded that one out exploiting Querrey�s bad returns, specially off the bh side and hammering him with that cc fh time after time as Sam lacks of a good answer to that kind of shot, but he served badly and made too many errors off his fh, which is always a bad sign in his game and hurts his confidence. This won�t work against Mardy as bh is his better shot and he�s a much better and way more agressive returner than Sam is. Plus this will be a night match in Arthur Ashe, Fish loved it when he faced Blake in 3rd round and he played an excellent match there. If he can repeat that performance (and I think it�s the most likely thing to happen), serving well, being agressive on the return and accurate in the execution, timing smartly when to come in and with the crowd all over behind him, another QF exit for Rafa in the USO is well on the cards tonight, I�m convinced

 

 

I�m searching for the smartest method to take Murray in some kind of props, as I think he will win, he�s developing as a player and maturing at the right pace and he showed against Stan some glimpses of the incredible player we will become when being a finished product.
